Satira Davis, Chopra certified meditation and Ayurveda instructor a certified breathwork instructor from Yoga Teachers College, will lead this community meditation event focused on remembering the unconditioned self. Expand your consciousness and thus your life experiences through meditation so you can be seen for your wholeness and not for the manifestations of your conditioning. This 90-minute event will include breathing exercises and simple meditation practice while seated in the theater. Limited capacity to allow for personal space.
