The PRCS inclement weather policy can be viewed by clicking on the link accompanying this News Flash. The policy is also outlined on page 4 of the Winter Activity Guide. The following section of the policy applies to today's circumstances, when Loudoun County Public Schools are closed, but the County Government is open:
* All PRCS classes, programs, activities and services - except childcare - are cancelled. PRCS facilities are open for business matters, childcare and drop-in programs. Childcare opens at 8:00 a.m.
* All PRCS programs held in school facilities are cancelled.
* Evening programs scheduled from 5:00 p.m. until closing in PRCS facilities may be held. Confirm directly with the site offering the activity, or call the sports cancelation line at 703-777-0456.
