The public is invited to a free Open House at the Loudoun County Senior Center at Cascades on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. The Senior Center at Cascades is located at 21060 Whitfield Place, Sterling, VA 20165.
Attendees can learn about programs and activities that play a major role in healthy aging including thai chi, dancing, book and writing clubs, and current events. Refreshments and lunch will be served. Lunch reservations must be secured by January 13 by calling 571-258-3280.
