Zumba Gold lets you exercise at your own pace to infectious Latin and international dance rhythms. Classes for active adults 55 and older are offered every Thursday from 11 a.m.- 12 p.m. at the Senior Center at Cascades in Sterling. This easy-to-follow, dance/exercise program is an invigorating, fun way to meet new friends, dance like nobody’s watching, and improve your fitness level! No registration is necessary.
