General registration for PRCS summer classes and programs begins Thursday, May 15. Online registration starts at 12:01 a.m. at www.loudoun.gov/webtrac. Walk-in registrations will be accepted at any PRCS center or manned park during normal operating hours. Mail-in registrations are handled in random order beginning at 8:30 a.m. on May 15.
