Help commemorate the Emancipation Proclamation at Carver Center on Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Purcellville Mayor Kwasi Fraser will present the keynote address. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by a choral performance by the Isaac Howard Singers. Local businesses Lyles Funeral Service and NIchol's Hardware will be honored during the celebration.
