Loudoun County officials have scheduled light-level testing at Franklin Park in Purcellville, VA on Thursday, December 3, 2015. The test will begin after dark (approximately 5:00 p.m.) and will conclude by 10:00 p.m.
Tests will be conducted at the tennis courts and in-line hockey rink. Additional dates may be required to test light levels at the rectangular fields. Staff from the Department of Transportation and Capital Infrastructure and the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services will monitor the tests.
