The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services' registration database (RecTrac) will undergo an extensive upgrade January 14 – January 20, 2017. The ability to access household accounts in order to register or pay for department programs, print receipts, or rent/reserve space may be affected throughout the upgrade. Online, in-person and mail-in transactions may be impacted.
