A planned outage of the county's computer network and phone systems is now scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2017, ending between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 19.
PRCS centers and park offices will operate normal weekend hours during the
outage, with previously-scheduled classes/activities. Email and phone communication
with PRCS locations will not be available during the outage.
Payments for drop-in programs or rentals can be handled in person at the
location, with cash or check; however, customers with scheduled rentals (e.g.,
birthday parties, group meetings) are encouraged to pay in advance of the
outage.
Transactions in RecTrac or WebTrac will not be available
during the outage. Customers will not be able to access household accounts,
search for activities, register, or pay for PRCS classes/activities online or in
person.
