Loudoun County, Va.- The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery of the SunTrust bank located in 22300 block of S. Sterling Boulevard.
Around 4:40 p.m. Monday, an unknown suspect approached a teller at the bank which is located inside the Safeway in the Sterling Plaza. The suspect handed the teller a note, demanded cash, and displayed a firearm.
The suspect left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Detectives with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office have released surveillance video stills of the suspect who is described as a Hispanic or Middle Eastern male, approximately 5’8” tall, with a slim build. He was further described as having stained yellow teeth with chipped front teeth. The suspect was wearing a grey hoodie with the hood up and a knit hat underneath at the time of the robbery.
