The draft Loudoun County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2019 to 2020 Annual Action Plan is available for public comment. The plan includes proposed CDBG housing and community development projects which address a broad range of needs for low-to-moderate income residents.
Written comments about the plan may be sent to CDBG Accounts Assistant, Sandra Berrios, at the Department of Family Services, 102 Heritage Way, NE, Suite 103, Leesburg, Virginia 20176 or by email through March 4, 2019.
The draft plan also is scheduled to be on the agenda of the Board of Supervisors’ public hearing March 13, 2019, which begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Loudoun County Government Center, 1 Harrison Street, SE in Leesburg. Anyone interested in speaking about the plan may sign up in advance by calling the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at 703-777-0200. Advanced sign-ups are usually taken until 12:00 noon the day of the meeting. Anyone wishing to speak during the public hearing may also sign up with the clerk beginning 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.
