The Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office and the Victim and Witness Program will hold their annual Open House and Crime Victims' Services Awards Ceremony Friday, April 5, 2019, in the Multipurpose Room on the third floor of the Loudoun County Courthouse, 18 East Market Street in Leesburg, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The annual event honors victims, families, survivors and recognizes the work, support and assistance given to victims by law enforcement and other members of the community.
The event comes in advance of the observance of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, which this year is April 7 - 13. The theme of this year's event is "Honoring Our Past. Creating Hope for the Future."
