Loudoun County is partnering with First Home Alliance, the counties of Arlington and Prince William, the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, as well as the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) to host the 10 Annual Northern Virginia Housing Expo on Saturday, April 4, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Dominion High School, 21326 Augusta Drive in Sterling. 

The theme of this free public event is “Housing Opportunities for All.” Anyone looking for an affordable place to live in Northern Virginia is encouraged to visit the expo, which will showcase both homeownership and rental opportunities and resources throughout Northern Virginia. The event will feature workshops, exhibits and free one-on-one credit counseling. Staff from the Loudoun County Office of Housing will participate in two panels to share information on Loudoun County programs for renters and homebuyers. Local employers whose workforce is in need of housing are encouraged to attend as well.

Sponsors of the event include the Prince William County Office of Housing & Community Development, VHDA, the Dulles Area Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Ameris Bank Mortgage, Alexandria Office of Housing, Arlington County Housing Division and Burke & Herbert Bank.
