A free, 12-week, virtual program sponsored by the Loudoun County Department of Family Services will help fathers build skills to become an even stronger dad. All fathers are welcome.

Area fathers are invited to register for the National Fatherhood Initiative’s 24/7 Dad® program to strengthen their relationships with their children. The virtual workshops will take place weekly on Thursdays, beginning June 25, 2020, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

“We understand the challenging times we are all facing right now and we want all fathers in Loudoun County to know that we support them,” said Glenda Blake, director of the Loudoun County Department of Family Services. “We believe that a dad’s presence in the life of a child is an important part of that child’s development and happiness.”

Developed by fathering and parenting experts, the 24/7 Dad program focuses on key fathering characteristics, providing fathers with support, guidance and an opportunity to discover their own parenting strengths.

To register, sign up online, email Program Manager Stefanie Moreno or call 571-258-3071.

If you require an accommodation to participate in this program, contact the department at 571-258-3071. Three days’ notice is requested.
