“Moving into Phase Three at the start of National Park and Recreation Month in July seems fitting and allows more opportunities for citizens to enjoy our facilities and programs,” stated Steve Torpy, PRCS Director. “We are pleased to see many Loudoun families coming back to modified summer programs and look forward to Daze and Fest summer camps starting July 6. The safety of customers and staff remain our top priority and we will continue to act in accordance with recommended physical distancing and other guidelines,” added Torpy.
