Ballots will not be available to be mailed to voters until September 18, 2020, but voters may apply now for an absentee ballot. Voters who have already applied for an absentee ballot do not need to submit a new application. If you’ve requested a ballot be mailed to you, but change your mind and decide to vote in person, please return your unmarked ballot as soon as possible to the Loudoun County Office of Elections and Voter Registration to avoid delays when you appear in person to vote.
