In recognition of the added stress caregivers can experience during the holiday season, Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging staff will present a message of hope with "Coping Through the Tinsel and Tears"" Thursday, November 19, 2020, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Attendees can learn strategies on how to cope through the holiday season, especially when dealing with grief and loss, as well as the impact the pandemic is having on how holiday traditions will be celebrated.
