Loudoun County’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 Popular Annual Financial Report is online.
The report is specifically designed to be readily accessible and easily understandable to members of the general public who do not have a background in public finance.
“The Popular Annual Financial Report for FY 2021 is part of the Loudoun County government’s commitment to transparency,” said Loudoun County Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Department of Finance and Budget Janet Romanchyk. “We opted to make the report all digital this year for touch-free distribution in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
The report is intended as a companion document to the award-winning Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, presenting the highlights of the county’s complex financial activities in a concise and accessible format.
Loudoun’s Popular Annual Financial Report has been recognized with the Outstanding Achievement Award in Popular Annual Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada for the past four years.
