During the April observance of Fair Housing Month, Loudoun County is featuring special virtual events at no cost for people interested in learning more about fair housing.
“Fair housing is a critical component to building an inclusive and equitable community,” said Loudoun County Department of Housing and Community Development Acting Director Sarah Coyle Etro. “These workshops offer the community an opportunity to learn more about fair housing protections and recent updates to these laws.”

- Overview of the Virginia Residential Landlord & Tenant Act and Eviction Laws in Virginia
Tuesday, April 26, 2022, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
- Updates on Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing Protections
Thursday, April 28, 2022, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
