A fall session of Zumba Gold Dance for ages 55 and up will be held Thursday mornings at 11:00 a.m. beginning September 5, 2013 at the Senior Center at Cascades. Zumba Gold is geared toward active adults who are learning Zumba dance for the first time or who prefer a lower impact version. The dance fitness program combines Latin and International music with dance to make exercise and fitness fun. The cost is $10 per class for members of the center and $12 for non-members.
