A power outage forced the cancellation of some programs scheduled for today, September 26, at Claude Moore Recreation Center and Claude Moore Community Center. Power has been restored to the building. The recreation center will remain open until 9:30 p.m.; however, there will be no scheduled classes. The community center will resume normal operating hours tomorrow. In addition, the swimming pools at the recreation center will remain closed to allow for proper water filtration. It is anticipated that the competition pool will reopen at 5:00 a.m. and the leisure pool will reopen at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow. For more information, please call 571-258-3600.
