When Loudoun County Public Schools announce that schools are closed, but the County Government is open:
1.) All PRCS classes, programs, activities, and services - except childcare - are cancelled. PRCS facilities are open for business matters, childcare and drop-in programs.
2.) All PRCS programs held in school facilities are cancelled.
3.) Evening programs scheduled from 5:00 p.m. until closing in PRCS facilities may or may not be held. Confirm directly with the site offering the activity, or call the sports cancelation line at 703-777-0456.
