Open registration for summer camps offered by the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) begins on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.
Online registration for (non-licensed) summer camps begins at 12:01 a.m. for Loudoun County residents. To obtain a new WebTrac account or retrieve an existing account, visit www.loudoun.gov/webtrac. Licensed camps require in-person registration.
Walk-in registration for licensed and non-licensed camps begins at 7:00 a.m. for Loudoun County residents at the PRCS Administrative Office located at 215 Depot Court, SE, in Leesburg. Walk-in registration at all other PRCS centers and manned parks will take place during normal business hours for each location.
Mail-in registrations are processed on a random basis, beginning at 8:30 a.m. on March 20. Registration forms are available at all PRCS centers and manned parks and can be downloaded from loudoun.gov/prcs .
