Are you or someone you love at risk of falling? According to the National Council on Aging, one in three Americans 65 and older falls each year, with falls being the leading cause of injury in older Americans. The good news is that falls are preventable.
The Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging is offering a series of educational workshops, balance and strength testing and falls prevention classes. A free screening will be held Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 20145 Ashbrook Place, Suite 170, Ashburn, VA.
