Gymnastics Coach Charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery
Loudoun County, VA – Detectives from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office have arrested a gymnastics coach for sexually assaulting a juvenile female during an open gym event at the NVGA Gymnastics studio.
The suspect, Brian D. Nguyen, 43, of Sterling, was arrested today and charged with one count of aggravated sexual battery.
The charges stem from an investigation into an assault that occurred on December 2, 2017 in the 44000 Block of Cape Ct in Ashburn. The victim, a juvenile female, reported to her parents that she was inappropriately touched by the coach, while she was at the gym with her friends.
Nguyen remains held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
