Missing Leesburg Teenager Found Safe

Loudoun County, VA- A 16-year-old Leesburg girl reported missing earlier this month has been located safe. 




Celina Groves was located safe in Ashburn today by members of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. 



Celina left the Leesburg area on December 2 on her own accord and was reported missing.
