Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services and Northern Virginia Community College Loudoun Campus have announced the cancellation of the Lights on Loudoun event scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2019, at the Loudoun campus in Sterling. The inaugural event, planned as a venue for young emerging artists to showcase their talents, may be rescheduled at a later date during the 2019-2020 academic year. Representatives will be reaching out to teens and young adults who submitted a participant application.
