The Loudoun County Department of Family Services (DFS) has partnered with SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) to plant a pinwheel prevention garden outside the Shenandoah Building in Leesburg. The pinwheel is the national symbol for child abuse prevention.
Staff from DFS gathered this week to recognize Loudoun County’s commitment to prevent and end child abuse in our community.
