[ARCHIVED] Loudoun County Helps Make Recycling Easy for Your Special Event

Photo of Recycling Bin for Events

Whether you’re preparing for a cook out, pool party, sporting event or community festival, Loudoun County can help with your recycling needs. Loudoun offers portable outdoor recycling bins on loan for local residents, businesses, homeowner associations, event planners and anyone else who would like to borrow them. Place a recycling bin next to a trash can and your guests won’t have to wonder about where to recycle.

Call 703-771-5514 to reserve from 1 to 50 outdoor recycling bins and bags, and for information on where to pick them up.  Following the event, just take the recyclables to a nearby public recycling drop-off center.  Loudoun County recycling center locations are available at www.loudoun.gov/recycle

This is a free service provided by the Loudoun County Department of General Services Waste Management Division through funding from the Virginia Litter Prevention and Recycling Grant Program.
