New Kirkpatrick Farms Fire and Rescue Station Opens for Service, Thursday, May 30

Loudoun County Fire and Rescue is pleased to announce that the Kirkpatrick Farms Fire and Rescue Station No. 27 will officially open for operations on May 30, 2019.

The Kirkpatrick Farms Fire and Rescue Station is located at 41380 Gardenia Drive in Aldie on a 6.94-acre parcel of land. The 17,874-square-foot facility will house an Engine, EMS unit and Tanker that will be staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Station No. 27 features large apparatus bays, bunkroom facilities, kitchen and dining areas, decontamination and laundry facilities, a fitness center, office and conference workspaces and repair shop space.  

“We are extremely eager to get this facility open and provide emergency services to the citizens and visitors of this rapidly growing corridor of Loudoun County,” stated Chief of the Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System, Keith Johnson. 

An official Grand Opening Ceremony for the Kirkpatrick Farms Station will be held on June 26th with more details forthcoming.
