Loudoun County, VA – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is seeking possible witnesses to a crash involving a vehicle and a bicyclist.
LCSO Deputies responded to the area of Sycolin Road between Shreve Mill Road and the Leesburg Park and Ride for a crash between a vehicle and bicyclist on Saturday, June 1, at approximately 9:40 p.m.
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene. The bicyclist, a 41-year-old-male, was flown by helicopter to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and is currently in stable condition. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
Investigator are seeking potential witnesses, including another vehicle that may have been in the area close to the time of the crash.
