[ARCHIVED] Information Session on Senior Employment Program in Loudoun Set for August 29, 2019

The Loudoun Workforce Resource Center will host an information session on the Senior Community Services Employment Program Thursday, August 29, 2019, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the center, 102 Heritage Way NE (first floor), Leesburg.

The program is designed for those who are 55 and older, unemployed and looking for work.

The Senior Community Services Employment Program provides opportunities to older Americans to prepare them for jobs in their community. Participants:

  • Train an average of 20 hours per week.
  • Receive a training stipend.
  • Can use the experience as a bridge to find employment opportunities.
