The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) is conducting staff training Monday, November 4, 2019. PRCS Administration in Leesburg will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for information and limited transactions only. Adult Day Centers will be closed. All other PRCS centers and parks will be open during normal operating hours, with reduced staffing levels at some locations to allow employees to attend training.
