For his final legislative session in 2019, Senator Richard Black, District 13 VA, identified the Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging as particularly deserving of special recognition because of its important mission and vital role in the community. Senator Black presented the resolution to agency representatives Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, 742 Miller Drive SE, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
“The Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging is honored to be given this commendation by the Virginia General Assembly. We are grateful to be able to offer an array of outstanding programs and services to the citizens of Loudoun. We sincerely thank the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, County Administration and the Board of Supervisors for the tremendous county support that allows us to do so,” says agency Director Dr. Lynn Reid.
