Loudoun County advises motorists that that lane closures on Route 7 between Loudoun County Parkway and Ashburn Village Boulevard are likely to cause delays from Monday, November 18, through November 25, 2019, weather permitting.
The schedule of lane closures is:
- November 18 to 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – Eastbound and westbound single lane closures.
- November 18 to 25, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. – Eastbound and westbound single and double lane closures.
- November 18 or 19, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. – All eastbound and westbound lanes may close once for a 15-minute interval.
During the work period, crews will be removing the decommissioned traffic signal at Route 7 and Lexington Drive.
Electronic signage will be posted to notify motorists of the work. Also, law enforcement personnel will be present during the nighttime, multi-lane closures.
