[ARCHIVED] Seats Available in Upcoming Loudoun Mental Health First Aid Class

Original News Release:
The Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services offers free Adult Mental Health First Aid classes, which introduce participants to common risk factors and warning signs of mental illness, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and schizophrenia, and how to offer initial help to someone in a mental health crisis. The course is appropriate for anyone 18 years of age or older who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health-related crisis or problem.  

Seats are available in the next session of Adult Mental Health First Aid, which will be taught over two days, Monday, March 23, and Tuesday, March 24, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at 906 Trailview Boulevard SE in Leesburg.
