Registration for summer camps operated by the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services begins online Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at www.loudoun.gov/webtrac. Open registration for remaining spaces in Daze, Fest and Adaptive Recreation camps begins at 8:30 a.m. Open registration for remaining spaces in licensed community and recreation center camps begins at 12:01 a.m. General registration for all other PRCS camps, including sports camps, begins at 12:01 a.m.
The $25 weekly deposit fee - required to secure a space in Daze, Fest, Adaptive Recreation and licensed community and recreation center camps - is due upon registration. However, no additional payment for these licensed camps (only) is due until two weeks before the camp starts.
Payment for all other summer camps is due upon registration. Email camp@loudoun.gov or call 703-777-0343 with registration questions.
We will continue to monitor the County’s response to the COVID-19 situation. As part of the response, PRCS centers are closed and programs are canceled through at least April 1, 2020. Refunds are being processed for programs affected by the current closure. If summer camps are canceled, payments, including deposit fees, will be refunded.
