Cases set on the April 3, 2020 Loudoun County Circuit Court Motions Day have been suspended by the Chief Justice’s March 16, 2020 Declaration of Judicial Emergency. If necessary, counsel and litigants should re-praecipe any such motions to a future motions day.
Should counsel or a litigant contend that a motion constitutes an emergency, the provisions of the Loudoun Circuit Court’s March 16, 2020 Order establishing a procedure for filing emergency motions remains in effect.
