UPDATE
Loudoun County, VA (April 23, 2020) – Two suspects have been identified and arrested for the April 12 strong-armed robbery of a Sterling Exxon.
Jorge A. Alvarado-Soriano, 19, was arrested today and the second suspect, Elias G. Guzman, 20, was arrested April 17. Both suspects are from Herndon and have been charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.
The suspects entered the convenience store of the gas station located at 45601 Falke Plaza at approximately 1:15 p.m. The clerk reported one suspect went to purchase a drink. After the clerk opened the register, the one suspect jumped over the counter. The second suspect went around the counter and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. No weapons were displayed during the robbery.
Both suspects remain held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.

Loudoun County, VA (April 13, 2020): The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a reported strong-armed robbery at the Exxon in the Sterling area Sunday, April 12, at approximately 1:15 p.m.
The victim reported that two males entered the Exxon gas station located at 45601 Falke Plaza, Sterling. The first suspect went to purchase a drink. After the clerk opened the register he jumped over the counter. The second suspect went around the counter and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. No weapons were displayed during the robbery.
Both suspects fled the store on foot.
The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8, slim build, wearing blue jeans, and a black hooded sweatshirt.
The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5’6, slim build, wearing gray sweatpants with black cuffs, and a black hooded sweatshirt.
