On Tuesday, the suspect, identified as 24-year-old Jerson Montoya-Mendoza, pulled up in his vehicle next to two adult females who were walking in the area of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Pavilion Parkway. As part of the ongoing investigation, Montoya-Mendoza was connected to six additional cases. The first occurred on November 8, 2019, with additional cases reported in April, May, and June of this year. Three of the cases involved juveniles.
