Loudoun County, VA (August 26, 2020) – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of a missing-endangered Middleburg man who was last seen earlier today.
Louis Hayley, 90, was last seen driving a white 1994 Ford truck in Middleburg this afternoon. He is described as a black male, 5’8” tall with short, gray hair and brown eyes. Mr. Hayley was last seen wearing tan pants, a blue shirt, and a grey Washington Football Team hat. Mr. Hayley is considered endangered due to mental and/or physical health concerns.
