Every four years, the Board of Supervisors holds a strategic planning retreat, which serves as a foundation for the Board’s work plan that outlines the steps necessary to accomplish its goals and strategic initiatives during its four-year term. Status updates on the work plan are provided to the Board and the public on a regular basis through staff reports presented at Board business meetings.
The Board’s retreat will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Loudoun County Government Center, 1 Harrison Street SE in Leesburg. Members of the public who choose to observe the meeting must maintain social distancing of 6 feet and must wear a face covering while inside the Government Center.
