Loudoun County recently lost a valuable public servant as the Honorable Frederick Howard passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020. Mr. Howard served as Clerk of the Circuit Court for Loudoun County from 1979 – 1991. In honor of his valuable service, the flag of Loudoun County will be lowered to half-staff at the Loudoun County Government Center and the Loudoun County Courthouse.
