[ARCHIVED] Spring Caregiver Support Series Begins April 6

The Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging (AAA) is offering a new spring series of virtual education and support sessions for caregivers. The National Capital Area Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association will present "Know the 10 Warning Signs" Tuesday, April 6, 2021, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. 

On Tuesday, April 13, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., AAA specialist Mary Lou Wilkins will present "Medicare for Caregivers." The National Capital Area Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association is back on Tuesday, May 4, for a presentation on "Healthy Living for Brain and Body" from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The final virtual session is scheduled Wednesday, May 19, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dementia care consultant and author, Rachel Wonderlin, will present "Embracing Their Health: How to Better Communicate in Dementia Caregiving."
