[ARCHIVED] Loudoun Workforce Resource Center to Host Job Fairs with Local Employers in April

The Loudoun Workforce Resource Center will host six Loudoun Job Fairs in April; two job fairs will be held virtually and the remaining four will be held in-person at the Douglass Community Center, 705-H East Market Street, Leesburg.

  • Tuesday, April 19 – Loudoun Virtual Job Fair 
    • Morning Session – 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 
    • Evening Session – 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, April 20 – Loudoun In-Person Job Fair: Day 1, Douglass Community Center 
    • Afternoon Session – 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. 
    • Evening Session – 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. 
  • Thursday, April 21 – Loudoun In-Person Job Fair: Day 2, Douglass Community Center 
    • Afternoon Session – 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
    • Evening Session – 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

The job fairs will feature local employers with full-time, part-time and seasonal job openings in Loudoun County. In addition to the Loudoun County government, employers attending include: ABM-Aviation, Autism Outreach, Chesterbrook Academy, Every Citizen Has Opportunities (ECHO), EIT LLC, High Sierra Pools, Home Instead, Interstate Moving & Storage, Kalani Consulting, Lansdowne Resort & Spa, Northwest Federal Credit Union, Primrose School, Purcellville Children's Academy, SenCura Home Care, Sunset Pool Management, U.S. Army, Wagman and Wegmans.

Immediate opportunities are available in the fields of banking/finance, business, education, leisure/hospitality, manufacturing, military, retail and transportation.

Job seekers are advised to be prepared to meet with employers by dressing professionally and bringing multiple copies of their resumes to their selected job fair. Additionally, those planning to attend a virtual job fair are encouraged to attend the virtual preparatory workshop, The Competitive Edge: Preparing for the Loudoun Virtual Job Fair, Monday, April 18, 2022, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

All individuals planning to attend a job fair are encouraged to pre-register at loudoun.gov/jobfairs to explore the list of participating employers and receive event reminders and updates.
