Loudoun County, VA (May 16, 2022) – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the death of a 33-year-old Sterling woman who was reported missing Saturday.
At this time, the death of Kelley Muscara appears accidental. No foul play is suspected.
The investigation is being conducted in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

Loudoun County, VA (May 15, 2022) - A 33-year-old Sterling woman who was reported missing Saturday morning was located deceased by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office in the area of Kincora Drive in Sterling.
LCSO Detectives are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Kelley Muscara in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

Loudoun County, VA (May 14, 2022) – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance to help locate 33-year-old Kelley Muscara who was last seen early this morning in the area of 45100 block Kincora Drive, Sterling. She is believed to have left on foot and may still be in the area.
There is a concern for her well-being due to physical and/or health concerns.
She is described as being 5’8 tall, 160 lbs., with blonde hair with blue streaks in it. She was last seen wearing a pink top and leopard print pajama pants. Anyone with any information regarding the possible whereabouts of Kelley is asked to contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office at 911 or 703-777-1021.
