The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of qualified consultants to establish one or more fixed fee, open-ended contracts for Planning and Zoning Services in support of the County of Loudoun, Virginia’s (County) Zoning Ordinance overhaul (Zoning 2021) and other County planning and zoning initiatives on an “as needed”
basis for a two (2) year period with up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The
number of contracts will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received with
a maximum of two (2) contracts being awarded.
