The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Loudoun County, Virginia (County) to obtain firm fixed pricing for a qualified firm(s) for the provision of employee benefit consulting and actuarial services in accordance with the Scope of Service of this RFP. The successful firm(s) will provide professional consultation to the County, including the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors’ (Board) members, draft and analyze RFPs for third party administrators for various benefit programs, analyze costs and funding estimates, provide assistance with contract negotiations and similar related work.
No broker services are desired nor will Broker fees be paid.
