The intent of this Request for Proposal is for the County of Loudoun (County) to obtain firm fixed price proposals from a qualified entity for the delivery of comprehensive services for adult and child victims of domestic and sexual violence through an emergency shelter, community services center, and child abuse victim advocacy center, at a location in Loudoun County during the contract period. Types of services will include, but are not limited to:
A. Emergency Shelter
B. Child Abuse Victim Advocacy
C. 24-hour Crisis Hotline
D. Legal Services
E. Domestic Violence Services
F. Sexual Assault Services
G. Youth & Children’s Services
H. Violence Prevention Program
NOTE: Organizations may not apply to fund the same services under this RFP process and the County’s Nonprofit Human Services grant process.
Pre-Proposal Conference:
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on November 25, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Dulles Conference Room, 1 Harrison Street, SE, 1st t Floor, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 for clarification of any questions on the specifications.
