The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain vending services for various County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) agencies and locations. It is the County’s intent to provide a wide selection of vending services at low cost to employees for such items as: sodas, snacks, candy bars, coffee, and juices. The County intends to award a two (2) year contract with up to five (5) additional one (1) year renewal options.
